Host, Mike Domitrz, welcomes CAST member Sammy Rangel to the podcast. Sammy is the epitome of mindfulness. During his formative years, he was denied a sense of self and potential. He has endured a life most cannot fathom. But, Sammy has turned his mess into a message, as an author, a speaker, and a comfort to those in need. Sammy describes his gradual awakening, the strategies he uses for support during his journey, and how he is constantly developing into the man he wants to be.
